Mothering Mothers

Developed for the unique experience of mothers from pregnancy to parenting through the stages of early childhood. “Mothering Mothers” is a 6-week psychoeducational support group series. Participants will receive therapeutic guidance to consider parenting through an attachment-based, infant/early childhood mental health lens, explore their personal parenting journey and connect with other mothers by sharing challenges and celebrating triumphs. 

Who can participate? 

Mothers with children birth to 5 years old (and expecting mamas) are invited to join!

What is the time commitment?

This group occurs in 6-week cycles. Each session is 90 minutes.

What is the cost?

The total cost is $250 for the group series.

Do you provide childcare?

At this time, we do not offer childcare services. 

How many people are in the group?

The maximum group size is 5 participants.

What can I expect from this group experience? 

As a psychoeducational support group, you will be presented with evidence-based information and perspectives to consider while exploring your personal mothering journey through connecting and sharing experiences with other mothers. 

What topics are discussed?

A range of topics related to infant/early childhood mental health, child development, attachment and parenting-related challenges will be explored. Each group session evolves organically from the contributions of the facilitating therapist, participants and current events.

Can I participate for more than 6 weeks?

Yes! You are welcome to join additional sessions. This group occurs on a repeating basis in 6-week cycles.
