what is the client portal?
SimplePractice is an electronic health record (EHR) platform used to keep all communication, documentation and scheduling information secure. Through the Client Portal, clients can message their therapist directly, complete forms electronically, access links for teletherapy, receive appointment reminders and view session invoices.
You can download the SimplePractice-Client Portal app to start accessing some of these features. Messaging on this platform is utilized as a primary method of communication with your therapist to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
If you choose not to download the app, no problem! – we will still be just as connected. You will receive all communications via email for full access to your Client Portal.
